Yesterday was anniversary of the liberation of Auschwitz. It’s one of those places I think everyone should see, horrible as it is. The way it feels to be there… I’ve never felt like that before. Noticeably colder, the silence deafening. They told me that people often dream about it after they’ve been. I still do, sometimes.
